We bring it, we take it home
One flat fee per zone covers delivery and collection. Set-up is priced by the crew-hour.

Questions
Is there a damage bond?
Yes. A refundable bond of 20% of your hire total (minimum A$200) is held with your booking. We check everything at pack-down and refund the bond within five business days. Normal wear, like a little wax on a candle holder, is never charged.
When do you deliver and collect?
We deliver between 8am and 2pm on the day, or the day before if your venue allows. You'll get a two-hour window the week before. Pack-down is the next morning between 8am and 12pm, or the same night with late pack-down.
What do we need to check with our venue?
Access times, where our truck can park, and whether there are stairs or a lift. If you send us the venue's supplier notes, we'll sort the rest with their coordinator directly.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to nine months for spring and autumn Saturdays. Weekdays and winter dates are often free with a few weeks' notice. A 30% deposit holds your pieces.
Can we change quantities later?
Yes. Final numbers are due 14 days before your event. You can add pieces after that if we have stock, but we can't refund reductions.
What if it rains?
Tell us by 9am the day before and we'll move set-up to your wet-weather space at no charge, as long as it's at the same venue.
