Who we are
Hevin Design is a sole trader business in South-West Sydney (ABN 58 368 892 845). This policy explains what information we collect through hevin.design and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use a quote form, we get your name, email, website (if you add one), your message, the business type and need you pick, any add-ons, and the estimate it shows. If you run the free site check, the site you enter is fetched to test it, and the results come with your enquiry if you send it. If you email or call us, we get whatever you include.
- How the site is used. Google Analytics records things like which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. It uses cookies to do this.
- Hosting and security. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, do the work you've asked for, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We won't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
Services we use
- Formspree receives enquiry form submissions and emails them to us.
- Google Analytics measures site usage.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the site.
Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy. Some of these services store data outside Australia.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Your clients' data
If a project gives us access to your customers' information, we use it only to do that work and don't keep it longer than the work needs.
Security
We take reasonable care to keep information secure, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
