Questions

Before your first visit.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book straight in. If you're on a GP care plan (Medicare EPC), bring the referral and we'll bulk bill or claim the rebate for you.

Can I claim on my health fund?

Yes. We claim on the spot with HICAPS, so you only pay the gap. Bring your health fund card.

How long is the first appointment?

About 45 minutes. We'll assess, treat and give you a plan, so you leave knowing what's going on and what to do next.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable that lets us see the area: shorts for knees and feet, a singlet for shoulders and back.
